Your Team at Grand Reserve Orange

Bill came to Grand Reserve Orange from a high rise community in Downtown Stamford, Connecticut when Behringer Harvard acquired the community in 2009. One of his favorite things about being at GRO is the country feeling the community offers to its residents; as you can imagine this was a welcomed change from the hustle and bustle of Downtown Stamford! Prior to starting in the multifamily industry in 2001, Bill studied Communications and Marketing at Quinnipiac University. Those that know Bill, know that Journalism and Television News, are two of his passions. This passion was given a whole new spark during a semester spent interning at the NBC News TODAY program. In his free time, he enjoys working out, spending time at home working on home improvement projects, and enjoying all of the great parks and restaurants that the New Haven area has to offer.

Ryan is a proud UConn alumnus and can be found on weekends at many of the UConn Football games on home turf! Prior to joining our team at Grand Reserve Orange, Ryan worked in Marketing for Costco. What most people don’t know is that patience paid off, as he waited for over a year before finally getting a job in the multifamily industry! They say good things come to those who wait, and for us it was a great thing to get Ryan onboard. In addition to enjoying the games at UConn, he could also be considered our very own “Leasing Tri-athlete”. Ryan enjoys working out, and is currently completing the P90X2 program. Additionally, he has completed both the Vermont and Tri-state Area Tough Mudder competitions!

Esteban joined the GRO family in December of 2011 and brought with him over 6 years in the multifamily industry. In his free time he enjoys exploring many of the different towns Connecticut has to offer with his wife and kids. What most people don’t know is that Esteban moonlights as a DJ; which should come as no surprise because one of Esteban’s true passions is music! He enjoys his day to day interactions with the residents of GRO both around the property and around town. From time to time, you will see him at the American Steakhouse or at many of the local parades around town in the summer months. If you see him, be sure to say hi!

We are fortunate to have Tom and his 12 years of experience in the multifamily industry as our Service Director. Five of those years have been spent right here at Grand Reserve Orange. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids. However, when he can break away, he prefers to spend time taking in the country roads of Connecticut on his motorcycle. One of his favorite destinations is the nearby West Haven beaches. Spending time with the residents by the pool and outdoor living area during the summer is also up there on Tom’s list of favorite things!
